Logging in
Before the Show begins you will receive a tablet and a 6 digit PIN which is unique to the event and your role as a Showing Judge and penciller. Use this PIN to log in. If you need to swap to a different device you can log back in using your PIN.
Class Selection
This screen shows all of the show classes you will be judging for this event.
To commence your first class touch on the first row.
Placings
This screen will show you the list of riders in the class and the available placings.
To allocate a rider a placing first select the placing and then select the rider. In the below example Christopher has been placed first!
To change a placing to a different rider click the other rider and that placing will swap to them.
As riders are placed they will be highlighted green so you can keep track on which riders have been placed so far.
To allocate an equal placing click the overlapping squares on the left side. This will generate copies of the same placing and can be repeated in the case of a three way tie.
To remove a placing click the recycle symbol.
If it is a big class you give further placings by clicking "Add Place".
Again if you have created too many placings you can remove them by clicking the recycle symbol. Note: If you delete 3rd place and then want to add it back you would need to delete all later placings (e.g 4th-7th) and then click add place to add 3rd back in.
Once you are happy with the placings for a class you can click Sign Off to finalise that classes results. Note: You do not have to place all riders in the class but you do need all listed placings to be filled. So if you have a class of 7 riders and only want to place 3 of them then you will need to remove 4th place before you can Sign Off.
After the class has been Signed Off you can press the classes button to return to select the next class.
