Logging in
Before the event begins you will receive a 6 digit PIN which is unique to the event and your role as the Marshal. Use this PIN to log in.
Class Selection
This screen shows all of the rings for the event. Touch the box on the left side of each ring you are marshalling for the event then touch the Marshal rings button at the bottom of the screen.
Marshal List
This screen will show a list of all riders for the rings you have selected.
Riders who have passed gear check will be yellow with a user icon and a small yellow tick. These riders are ready to go into the ring.
Riders who have presented to gear check but did not pass gear check will be red with a red cross icon. These riders should return to complete gear check before going in the ring.
Riders who have not presented to gear check will have no icon. These riders should be sent to gear check if gear checking is required for this event.
When you tell a rider they can present to the judge you can touch the rider's name on the list which will turn them to green and add a green tick icon to show that they have entered the ring. If you make an error you can touch the rider's name again to remove the green tick. At any time you can press the arrow in the top left to return to the ring list. All changes are uploaded automatically. You do not need to save.
Sort by Ring
If you are marshalling multiple rings at the same time it may be easier to sort the riders by ring. To do this touch the four squares in the top right of the screen. You can then touch the ring number to see only riders for that ring.
