What is a waitlist?

If a class is full then riders can still complete the online entry to be added to a waitlist in case of scratchings. Riders can only be added to the waitlist if payment is made.

If a waitlisted rider is not offered a spot then they receive a full refund on the first business day after the event.

The waitlist can be viewed by going to Lists -> Waitlist.

How to Waitlist

  1. Go to Search Rider and enter the rider's name and press Enter to search. If you are having difficulty finding the rider try searching by just the first or just the last name or even part of the name.You can also get to a rider's details through Lists, Entries or Orders.
  2. Select the clock icon in the top right corner for each class that needs to be waitlisted. Note: This can take a second to process. Don't select the next entry until the staus has changed to Wait List.

    How to UnWaitlist

  3. You can still search for the rider using Search Rider but generally it will be easier to go to Lists -> Waitlist and then select the Waitlisted entry.
  4. To unwaitlist a rider click the clock symbol for each waitlisted entry. This will then unwaitlist that entry. If they are entered in multiple classes you need to unwaitlist each class separately!
  5. You can bulk unwaitlist multiple combinations by going to Lists -> Waitlist then selecting all the combinations you want to unwaitlist and press accept if they rode or scratch if they did not ride.
  6. After the event all waitlisted entries need to either be unwaitlisted or scratched. The account cannot be finalised while entries are in a waitlisted state.
