How to View Schedule

Go to Schedule.

The schedule gives a visual representation of the rings and classes over time. You can select a class and a small box will appear on the right giving more details about that class such as the exact start and finish times.

The coloured stripe next to the class shows whether a judge has been allocated to that class. Red = No Judge allocated. Green = Judge allocated. Blue = The currently selected judge is allocated.

To view the schedule in words rather than visually you can select Reports and then Download the Schedule Report.

Zoom

You can zoom in on the schedule by pressing Z. You can zoom out of the schedule by pressing Shift + Z. If it is not Zooming make sure to click on the screen first so it is "on the schedule".

How to View Class Times

Go to Classes.

Select a level and the riders and the times for that class will be displayed. Riders with strikethrough have been scratched.

There is a tick box called Group Classes. This tickbox attempts to groups times from different phases together. For example if you a running a Pony Club Dressage event you may want to see the times for both dressage tests next to each other. In this case Group Classes should be ticked. For EA Dressage and Pure SJ riders do not ride in the same order for both phases so it is better to view this page with Group Classes unticked.

You can run a wide variety of reports on this page by clicking reports. These are generally referred to as the running sheets for the event. For more information see the How to Guide on Printing Running Sheets.
