How to Send Notifications
- Go to Event Details
- Notifications (Under the blue save button)
- Select Notification Type
- Add Custom Message
- Select blue send button
When sending notifications you can send a test email to yourself by clicking Dry Run.
Notification Types
- Before Closing - This emails all non scratched riders and reminds them that entries are closing soon and they should check their entry details. You can also send this message to just a single order as well.
- All Riders - This emails all riders with a custom message
- Entered Riders - This emails all riders with a custom message
- Waitlisted Riders - This emails all riders on the waitlist with a custom message
- Performance Points - This emails riders to let them know how many Performance Points they have received for HRCAV events
