How to Search Rider

If you want to find information about a rider the first place to go is Search Rider. This will bring up a search field. When searching you need to write at least 3 letters of the riders name, then press enter then select the rider from the drop down list. The system will take a while to sort through really common names so you may need to use first and last name to find a match. If you are not receiving any results though try just the first name or just the last name or even just parts of the name. The name the rider has told you may not be the name they entered with!

If you still cannot find the rider or you don't know their name there are other places we can look for them.

  1. Entries - Entries will show us all riders entered in a specific class. If we know which class the rider is in this can be effective.
  2. Lists - Lists will show us all scratched riders or all waitlisted riders. If the rider is scratched or waitlisted this can be effective.
  3. Classes - If times have been allocated we can look at the classes to find them.
  4. Scoring - If it is a Dressage event we can search for riders by their bridle number here which is useful if we have the rider's number and not their name
  5. Orders - If we know the Order number we can also look up numbers. If we know the rider's friend or family member they may also be on the same order.
  6. Pending Orders - If you still can't find the rider they may not be entered at all. Have a look at all Pending Orders to see if they started an order and never finished it.
