How to Print Running Sheets
Running sheets can be found in 3x locations!
With all reports there is the option to print or download. The printer icon is print and the down arrow icon is download.
When printing running sheets consider you may need multiple copies of some sheets. For example I recommend at least 6 copies of the XC Marshal list to be given to Marshal, TD, Course Control, Start, Finish and Vet.
Always print running sheets as close to the event date as possible so they will be more up to date
Schedule Sheets
When on the schedule page click the Reports button. Then either print or download the Event Schedule.
Classes Sheets
When on the classes page click the Reports button. Different report options will be available depending on the discipline of the event. You can print or download the ones you need for your event.
- Entries for each Jackpot - Times sorted by jackpot. E.g PC A, PC B, PC C etc. This is often used by the office but can be quite long especially for events with multiple competitions. I recommend using Office by Horse instead.
- Entries for each single class - Times sorted by class. This can be used if there is no jackpot for the event or if riders are not entered in both classes.
- Times and entries - (Dr/SJ/XC) Rings - This report sorts riders by the Ring they are riding in and then time they are riding at and is used for Marshals.
- Times and entries - (Dr/SJ) Judges - This report sorts riders by the Judge and then time they are riding at and is used by Judges.
- Office by horse - This report sorts riders alphabetically. It is used by the office as when riders check in they usually know their name but may not remember their number.
- Combinations by bridle number - This report sorts riders numerically. It is used by gear check as the gear checker can see the rider's number easily but doesn't know the rider's name
Exports Sheets
When on the Exports page the top box is scoring exports. This contains the Showjumping score sheet report for the SJ judge to use when scoring.
The first scoresheet has a separate page for Round 1 and Round 2.
The second scoresheet has both rounds for each rider in adjacent rows.
