How to Finalise Account

  2. Check account details and banking details are correct
  3. Select Finalise Account button

If there are waitlisted entries or yards these need to be either unwaitlisted or scratched before you can finalise the account. See How to Manage Waitlist guide.

You can select the Donwload button to download the account into excel. This download will have 3x sheets.

  1. A summary of the account pretty much identical to what is shown on the Account page.
  2. Lists each order with a breakdown of the costs involved and the totals at the bottom. This is useful to see how much money was received for each category. For example, 'How much money was made from Yards?'
  3. Breaks down each order even further showing the initial amount paid, the amount refunded and then the net amount for each category. For example Order 1 paid $20 for 2x yards and then was refunded $10 for 1x yard being scratched so the net yard payment for this order was $10.
