Viewing & Downloading Entries

To view Entries select Entries

This will then show a list of classes for this event. You can select a class to see a list of all the riders for that class including scratched and waitlisted riders. You can then select a rider to go to page with more details about that rider.

You can also select to Download Entries. This will export all entry information into excel. With each row being information for 1 horse/rider combination and each column being an entry field from the online entry.

The excel spreadsheet will also have additional sheets for information about facilities and products such as yards, camping, dinner tickets, merchandise, bags of ice etc.

Note: Once you have downloaded the entries into an excel file this file is no longer linked to the online system and so any further changes the the online system will not be reflected in the excel spreadsheet. Therefore is recommended you do a new download entries whenever you need to view the entry information.

Download Classes

Download classes also exports entry information to excel but only gives a much more limited amount of information. Just class name, bridle number, rider name, horse name. Riders are sorted by class. This is quite useful for shows.

Download Awards

Download awards allows you to see just entry information for a specfic award. For example if you want a list of all OTT riders for the event. This will give you a report of only OTT riders and their OTT information.
