Class Details
- In the class details column fill out the details for the new class
- Code - Codes are an abbreviation of the Class Name. They need to be 6 characters or shorter and cannot contain spaces. The code needs to be unique and an identifier of that class as it will appear on reports.
- Name - Try to keep class names short where possible. The style of class names should be consistent. Don't use Pony Club A Grade and then Pony Club Grade B for the next next class.
- Note: Notes will appear above the class name on the online entry and can give more detail about the class if required.
- Level - The class needs to be assigned a level such as Grade 2 or 95cm. For a clinic the Level can be assigned C1.
- Active - An active class can be entered, scheduled and scored. A class can be set to inactive if you might use it again in future years otherwise you can delete the class.
- Hidden - A hidden class is not displayed on the online entry but the class can still be active, scheduled and scored.
- Override Level Requirements - Specific Levels, Associations and Disciplines will set requirements by default. You can override these with a specific requirement here. For example a class may only be open to Pony Club members.
- Additional reuirements - Additional requirements can also be added. For example a class may only be open to Pony Club members who are 16-21 years old.
- Maximum entries - Once the maximum number of entries is reached the class status will change to Waitlist IF Auto Availability is set to Waitlist on Cap. Note: If the maximum number of entries is surpassed and then there are several scratchings this will not change the class back to Open. You will need to do that manually.
- Entry Availability - The status of the class can be manually set here. Open will allow riders to enter the class. Waitlist will allow riders to enter their details, pay and be placed on a waitlist. Full will completely stop anyone from entering.
- Start Day - If an event is run over multiple days you can nominate which day this class starts. For a 1 day event you can leave this blank.
- Number of Days - If a class is run over multiple days it can be noted here. This is important for calculating facility fees and day participation. It does not actually impact scheduling the class. For a 1 day event you can leave this blank.

Class Prices
Class Prices has 2x fields. The first field is Class Entry Price. This is the amount it costs to enter that class. Note:You don't need to add the $ sign and you can add cents but make sure to include both decimal places in that case (10.50). This amount can be set to be non refundable or to have Conditional Pricing. For more information on Conditional Pricing see Conditional Pricing How To.
The 2nd field is All Classes at One Level Price. This field is used for Dressage Jackpots and Showjumping events where a rider is entering multiple classes at the one level and there is a discount for doing so. For example it may be $30 to enter L1.1 or $55 to enter L1.1 and L1.2. In this case you would enter 55 in this field. Note: Pony Club Grade 1 and Open Grade 1 are the same level so if the price for Pony Club Grade 1 and Open Grade 1 are different then you can't use this field. Instead go to the competition entry pricing and add a discount based on entering 2x classes.
