- Decide attachment type (Event Information/Competitor Information/Times/Results/Terms&Conditions)
- Set status to YES
- Click Choose File
- Select File
- Press blue save button
To view the file that you have attached click the blue eye icon
To upload other types of attachments click "Plus Attachment" that will allow you to upload a custom attachment for example a XC map or Back Number Template
Attachments must be less than 1mb in size. If your attachment is too big you will need to compress it first. I recommend https://www.ilovepdf.com/ for quick and free pdf managment.
Attachments must be a pdf file. You can save word documents as pdf's by using Save As and changing the type to pdf. If you have an image you can copy it into word and then save as a pdf.
You can only have 1 attachment for the main attachment types. Either merge pdfs or add the extras as a custom attachment.
Main type attachments cannot be removed. Instead change the status to No. Custom type attachments can be removed with the recycle icon.
Note: If you have just created an online entry make sure to refresh the page before attaching files so that the file name will be set with the new event name.
